Following arecent commercial review and alignment with the hotel’s year-end businessstrategy, the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner has now been designated as mandatoryfor all New Year’s Eve stays. This adjustment aims to ensure a consistent andelevated guest experience during the peak festive period while supportingoverall seasonal performance.
The mandatoryGala Dinner is effective immediately for all upcoming New Year’s Evebookings. All reservations made prior to this update will continue to followthe previous non-mandatory structure. Partners are kindly requested to updateinternal systems accordingly and ensure this information is communicated aspart of all upcoming New Year’s Eve bookings.
