Hotel Negresco Plaza Mayor is a new boutique hotel set to open in autumn 2025. It's a space that adheres to Negresco Hoteles' corporate standards for practical and functional accommodations, all located in the heart of Madrid. This new boutique hotel features 18 independent rooms, built on the top (5th) floor of a building on Conde de Romanones street. The street is named in honor of its resident, Álvaro de Figueroa y Torres, the 1st Count of Romanones and the first mayor of Madrid.
