Please be advised that refurbishment of the pool area and All-DayDining is currently underway as part of enhancement works to elevate GuestExperience. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, between 10:30 to 16:30,with noise-related work scheduled to be completed by 28 February 2026.Completion is anticipated in the first week of April 2026 for the pooland the first week of May 2026 for Allday Dining. Renovation activity islimited to the 4^th floor, with no impact on guestroom floors. Allwork areas remain fully screened.

During this period, the following alternative arrangements are inplace:

• Fitness Gym: 5^th Floor, Club Lounge
• Breakfast and Allday Dining: 3^rd Floor, Open Mic Karaoke Lounge
• Sport on 4 Bar / Canal Lounge: Ground Floor, with beverages served at Café Délices from 12:00 noon onwards
• Swimming Pool: Access at sister hotel with complimentary shuttle service provided

Alternative dining arrangements have been implemented on the 3^rdfloor restaurant, and complimentary transportation has been arranged to thesister hotel to ensure uninterrupted access to swimming facilities. Expecteddisturbance, including dust, noise, and visual impact, will remain minimal.
